Farming is a multi-faceted business.  I do not want to change the business of farming.  I want to change the way it is financed, eliminating one of its costs (advertising/marketing), while introducing local investment partners (GA residents) as captive buyers of the fruits and vegetables grown in Georgia communities. My mission is to establish an Organic, Regenerative, Biological FARM in each of the 159 counties in GA.

Our FARM will be:
     Chemical free
     Carbon neutral
     High BRIX
      Environmentally friendly
      Debt free.

Our FARM will:
     Provide food security
     Protect Georgia’s Natural Resources
     Provide jobs
     Improve the health of residents
     Give a boost to the local economy.

Our FARM will be in a conservancy.    
     Will forever be a FARM
     Will pay a dividend
     Will distribute profits from the previous year.

 Owners will purchase HIGH BRIX produce at a cost lower than the local grocery store; ownership can be handed down from generation to generation; ownership may be sold in the open market one year after being issued.

The initial offering will be issued to GA residents only; under the Invest Georgia Exemption.
